IoT device is designed for machine to machine communication and transmitted on low bandwidth network with a little data size as possible. Therefore most of data stream is encoded for lower bandwidth consumption. The problem is even the same kind of device has their own encoder/decoder because manufactured from different company. Even several devices from the same company has their own encoder/decoder based on their type
